The power of the coalition’s confidential language and its effectiveness in generating critical evidence that justifies aggressive action against Canada’s corruption and China-protecting elite was proven again on December 10, 2010.

Exactly one week after a triumvirate of federal cabinet ministers uttered a threat of assassination against the coalition’s Canadian agent it happened again.  However, this time in addition to the Foreign Minister another member of the Chinada High Command stepped into the diplomatic corridor when signalled and to in effect stand up and be counted as protecting that which systemically violates domestic and international law and beginning in 2006 triggered a tsunami of trepidation throughout the non-public world.

Hon. Denis Coderre (Bourassa, Lib.):

Thank-you Mr. Speaker. We are very concerned about the situation in Haiti: cholera, 1.5 million homeless people, problems with aid disbursement, the lack of trust on the part of the population, the U.N, stabalization mission, and now, electoral fraud.

[2:43: protracted O-S M.] There is a Haitian proverb that says “Make sure the candle is out before you light a match”.

What is Canada doing to ensure that the results announced of the elections really reflect the votes that were cast? And when will [our] embassy reopen in Port-au-Prince?

Hon. Lawrence Cannon (Minister of Foreign Affairs, CPC):

[3:05: Pacino M.] Mr. Speaker, first I would like to thank the hon. member for Bourassa for his excellent collaboration on this file.

Hansard transcribers slightly altered what was said for the official record:

There is a Haitian proverb that says “Make sure the candle is lit before putting out the match”.

Who is Denis Coderre?  His political curriculum vitae reads the way you’d expect for a member of the Chinada High Command.  Most relevant to this analysis is the fact he was at the pinnacle of administrative authority at the core of federal governance: President of the Queen's Privy Council beginning on December 12, 2003 (and lasting until June 19, 2004).  What is the significance of this period of time?  December 12th was the day the imperialistic militarized totalitarianism, prosperity theft and stealth cognition technology R&D advancing Liberal Prime Minister Jean Chrétien stepped down after a decade at the helm and succeeded by Paul Martin.  Immediately thereafter the Custodian Chief’s circumstances became so increasingly threatening that nine weeks later he sought refuge in the United States pursuant to an application for political asylum.

Further proof of his lofty role is being the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration for two years just before being elevated to the Privy Council post, i.e., carrying on the Trudeau policy of embedding Chinese military and intelligence personnel in the fabric of Canada’s military, defence, security and intelligence community.  His involvement began in 2006 when he first joined Parliament’s National Defence Committee.

Another federal cabinet post was as economic genocide overseer upon Martin taking over (and until June 19, 2004).  When in opposition he held a series of critic positions that also proves he’s been playing a vital role in perpetuating the non-transparent constituent of governance: National Defence, Alberta oil sands protecting Natural Resources, Public Works and Government Services and Quebec Economic Development Agency.

Update: This barrage of assassination threats over a week period triggered within certain constituents of the House of Commons a consensus that this kind of action is warranted.  Hours after beginning to author this supplemental, which was Tuesday morning, December 14th -- four days after the Nicholson-Coderre threat, several Liberal Party Members of Parliament added their voice to this chorus of past and present cabinet ministers calling for the Custodian Chief’s execution, and showing no concern for what the coalition could do should that methodology of reform and accountability sabotage be taken.  Several Liberals didn’t wait long after the commencement of Question Period to articulate this enthusiasm – and doing so in a manner that conveyed there was this kind of conspiratorial agreement.

And when the internationally delegitimized Prime Minister rose to answer the first question (i) Foreign Minister Cannon leaped forward in his seat to demonstrate he was part of this conspiracy as did Defence Minister McKay, who effected a Clooney Maneuver to confirm he too was involved.  Then when he rose to answer his first question he used the lexicon again and in a much embellished manner.
